I've been using this app for at least six months. At first glance, it seemed pretty good. Except that their technical team is incompetent. The triggers flows stop working. No warning. It's happened three times. This potentially costs me thousands of dollars each time. In short, if you plan to use triggers in Shopify Flow, forget it. Avoid using this app, which will cause you more trouble than anything else.

Pretty gooooood app. Has all the bells and whistles I need for my loyalty program. Love how it integrates with Klaviyo and for the price - it's even better when compared to the other apps out there. The support team is incredible also for any of my (somewhat silly) questions I have and go above and beyond every time!

The software support staff is very friendly, especially Hana, who answered my questions very carefully and gave me guidance. It was very helpful for me to find the settings I wanted to complete first among a bunch of dense settings.

We have had this app for several months now and I cannot express how outstanding their support team is! Any issues with the app have simply been learning curve related (so far have not experienced in flaws with the program). The team is prompt and thorough!
