Easy to use and even better customer service. I've used this app for years and really enjoy it.
The entire app team has been extremely supportive during the installation process. They are very responsive, and if a problem arises, it is quickly resolved. We are especially grateful to Hana, who has been assisting us since the beginning of our journey. We specialize in wine sales, and the app is perfect for us, offering great flexibility. It is easy for your customers to use.
It is an excellent application that helps customers to be more loyal to your store, and helps you grow your business The support team, especially Alyssa, is very patient & very supportive & professional
I use 5 different apps from Joy and I am really happy with how they work, how easy they are, and support is always available. Also last talk with Jada was extremely smooth.
I’ve been using the Joy Loyalty Program for a while now, and I’m extremely satisfied with the tool. It’s intuitive, effective, and has really helped us engage with our customers. A special mention goes to the support and especially Mirra and Hana, whose support is absolutely outstanding – incredibly fast, friendly, and always helpful. It’s rare to experience such a high level of service, and it truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!

Joy have provided continued support from intergration to custom requests. We've only being using the platform for a month but very happy with the functionaility.

A solid loyalty app — simple to use and backed by amazing support! We chose Joy to power our loyalty program at Anton Loyal Companions, and we’re really happy with it. The app provides all the key features (points, rewards, referrals...) in a clean and easy-to-manage interface — even for non-technical users. They helped a lot. Hana, Sonny, and others are all very fine. I'll continue to use joy, although there are some issues when setting up, but the support is timely and very helpful.
