I had a great experience with avada’s customer service. I contacted them through their website and got a reply from abby within seconds. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She answered all my questions and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. She even help me reach the tech team to do my free plan problem. I was very impressed by her efficiency. Just started using the he application to test the loyalty program on my e-shop. I was helped by Sunny et Gideon in the customization of certain functions of the app! Very good customer service ! I have the free plan to start and they adapted some of my requests and set up my store very quickly. Very easy to set up on my shopify store, I recommend this application !

Joy Support was very patient and helpful with me as I navigated setting up my rewards program. I had a busy day where I was in and out of the chat room, but after a few hours, I got it all set up and we're excited to offer our customers this new feature and to help our business while doing it!
