HANA, the support executive of the Joy app, is very helpful. All my queries have been resolved. The app is also very good for loyalty programs.
Whoever they got to help us get everything set up and working are just amazing people. This application is perfect for my small business with the free plan available, Hana has been a lot of help with my questions and concerns as well as giving me the ability to use this application for unlimited transactions. This is the first rewards app I have used but they have been wonderful and I haven't had a bad experience. Thank you!
