Joy Loyalty Program & Rewards

I worked with two support members and they were outstanding in helping installed the App. Thank you so much Avada.

While searching for a new loyalty program i found Joy. Joy offers a lot of great options, previous costumer data is easy to upload and they offer a referral program in their free package and changing from my old program to joy even made my site faster! While setting up the program i bumped into some minor problems (coused by me not understanding what the app supposed to do haha) but i got great and fast help in the chat with Prakash (at almost midnight for me, amazing!) soving everything in no-time!

Customer support is really great, Hana, Esther, and others respond quickly and clearly. The app is good and offers 250 orders/month for free, which is great for my small business. I wish that there were more options to differentiate rewards tiers, but its ok for now. I would also like to be able to display the rewards details on a page on my site instead of just the widget.

Esther has been very helpful and responsive with my questions! So far, Joy is integrating well with my theme and was easy to set up. Any issues I did have were resolved within a couple of hours!

Joy Support was very patient and helpful with me as I navigated setting up my rewards program. I had a busy day where I was in and out of the chat room, but after a few hours, I got it all set up and we're excited to offer our customers this new feature and to help our business while doing it! I appreciated their help so much. I would definitely recommend Joy.

This is a very very bad experience for me with the app. Reasons for 1-star review: - The app still has some UI bugs (even in the demo store). And the open with hash URL did not work when put it in the store navigation (I had to reload the page to get the widget opened). - I granted permission for their developer to fix the bugs. And this is when things got really bad. First, they turned on "Auto open the widget" without my approval. The referral pop-up also automatically appeared with a bug that stopped customers from exit the annoying pop-up. - And yesterday, they edited the header.liquid file in my theme. The edit made customers unable to click "Add to cart". This damaged my business. I cannot take it anymore. -------------------------- The support is responsive. But their tech support needs improving.

Just installed the app and had some questions as I was setting it up. Amazing service. Jasmine and Anivia were great and were able to answer all my questions and even got the developer to correct an image issue. So far I am impressed. The app is easy to set up and I can’t wait to have my customers use it.

As our sales come mostly from our brick-and-mortar store, the POS integration is very important for us. It does, and that way we can bring together our online and pos business. Help on setup has been great, Emily was patient, quick and spot-on with the service. Thanks Emily! Great app, great features, great service, now we look forward in boosting our sales thanks to this app.
