Customer service is incredibly fast and helpful. The pricing is much more affordable with a lot of features compared to other loyalty program apps out there. Shoutout to representative Liz for helping me set up!

Great app and amazing customer support. I had a couple of things which needed changing and Hana was very helpful and sorted it out in minutes. If you're searching for a loyalty/rewards programme I definitely recommend Joy, in addition to being the best value loyalty programme, especially with the inclusion of VIP tiers, their customer support is also amazing.

I have been previously using a reward app called Smile. It was perfect for my store but they have set a limit on monthly orders and increased the pricing so they lost a customer. I tried finding the most similar app and came across Joy Loyalty. It had all the features I needed for a cheaper monthly plan, all with UNLIMITED ORDERS! The only issue I had was importing all of my customers points onto Joy, it could have gone smoother but their Live Chat Support was very helpful. It is working great on my POS, as well as on my website. Shoutout to their support team and Esther for getting me set up and appreciate the quick live support!

Wir starten gerade mit Joy. Bis jetzt läuft alles super. Wir werden es hauptsächlich für unsere POS Kunden benutzen. Auch der Support hat sehr schnell geholfen, da die Währungsanzeige auf Dollar gestellt war. Innerhalb von Sekunden wurde es auf Euro umgestellt. Danke dafür! We're just starting with Joy Loyalty App. Everything works so far very good. we will use it mainly for our POS customers. Special thanks to Liz from the support team, who changed the currency sign within seconds from dollar to euro.
