I moved to joy from another loyalty app provider and we love the design and layout of joy! we had a small problem with how the app displayed on mobile devices so I messaged tech support and they had their design team customise the widget to suit out store. thank you sooo much! special thanks to Jasmine & Anivia :)

I've been using the app for most of this year and it is always reliable, easy to use and brings "Joy" to my customers. Today I experienced a technical issue for the first time (self-inflicted) and I received help immediately when using the live chat feature. Abby from Avada assessed the situation and within moments both resolved the issue and showed me how she resolved it so that I can do it if I run into the same issue again in future. Very impressed with the app and the amazing support!

I have jsut installed the app. It seems very straightforward and will do what I want it to do. I had a question and removing branding and Jasmine assisted me. The help was immediate, friendly and jsut what I wanted. Thank you.

Coming over from another app, I was able to import my customers and their point balances. Had a little trouble with the rewards on the POS, but Hana helped me out in no time. Recommend this app to everyone

I've been testing so many Loyalty & Rewards apps I was about to give up until I came across Joy. The installation and set up were fairly easy but I had trouble with the integration with another app and I could not figure out how to get the floating button to appear and work properly. Thankfully, at 11 pm on a Sunday evening, Hana came to my rescue! She was so amazing and patient with me. She worked diligently, sending me screenshots and instructions on what I needed to do on my end so she could work her magic on her end. I can't thank her enough. In a minimal amount of time, she got everything fixed and working properly. If for no other reason than the customer service I received from Hana, I'll be using this app for quite a while! Thank you Hana, you truly are a lifesaver! xoxo

A great app with really friendly, helpful customer service, her name Jasmine who get back to me straight away. support was extremely helpful and fast! Got it all resolved within 5 minutes. Unbelievable! Highly recommend this one for sure!

Setting up the app is super easy and once you start the Premium plan it allows you to customize EVERYTHING! I had an issue with the widget not showing up on the website, so I contacted support through their chat. Esther was extremely helpful and figured out the problem in seconds! I will follow-up on the function of the rewards program as we are launching it soon!

The Joy app has been great for implementing my customer rewards program. I was looking for something that was simple and quick to set up with minimal upkeep to run it. Since I sell products through my website as well as my storefront, I needed something that would work with my POS system. I tried a few other apps and Joy has been the one that has best fit my needs. The customer support is great as well. They are prompt and very helpful. I recently had a question and Hana was very knowledgeable and was able to help me troubleshoot quickly. I highly recommend the Joy app.

I was extremely pleased with the service Esther gave. She was quick, competent and very kind. Took us about an hour to figure out several issues with the loyalty program and integrating it with Judge.me reviews and the whole time Esther was very patient with me and gave me an answer to everything! I would 100% recommend this app.
