Sunny was great. Nice to finally download an app that works. They removed company branding from my site and helped me with a few technical issues which ended up being user error on my part. No problems so far.

***UPDATE*** I am reducing my original rating to 2 stars after testing the app for 3 days. When I first downloaded the app, everything worked fine and their customer support was highly responsive, still is (that is why they get an extra star). I spent a lot of time exploring the app, chatting with their support and emailing my customers about it. The problems began the next day after I went back into the app to adjust my reward points for certain actions for customers. First off, pro features are clearly marked but writing a review was not marked as a pro feature. The app would not allow me to edit points for writing a review (a free feature) so I reached out to support again. I allowed them access to my store upon their request to fix the issue only to be told I had to upgrade for the feature to work. This raised all kinds of alarms and made me question my intentions to upgrade. To me, it was a seemingly small issue that could have been quickly fixed but they could not do anything about it until I upgraded. Now, if I upgrade and run into new issues, what would be the solution then? I get that they prefer users upgrade to the paid version to get a return on their app but I believe that if the app exceeds or simply meets expectations, then they won't need to be too pushy with the upsell since users will realize its value. The app has potential and their customer support is very good but unfortunately, this is where I uninstall. Original Review (5 stars) I just installed the app and was having trouble with it not showing up on my website. The customer service was prompt and efficient. Juliana quickly fixed the problem for me and verified my account as well. I am testing out the app now to see how it holds up but so far so good. I am very impressed.

Perfect for anyone who needs a loyalty program for their online store. Support gets back to you within minutes and is always quick to help :) Especially Hana helped me with a lot of topics. Can only recommend that app and the team behind!

Easy to set up! Lot's of different features. The free plan gets the job done and paid version has even more useful options. Hana was extremely helpful with the process.

I have yet to lauch for my customers so this rating is based on customer service alone. Hana was amazing and without her I would have struggled setting up the app. She walked me through everything and was so sweet and helpful!! thank you Hana!!

I had an issue getting the app to load on my page, but Emily was there to help. It was close to midnight and Emily came through for me. She was able to get the app to load and everything is working perfectly. Thank you Emily for all of your help.

C'est la première fois que j'utilise l'application. Pour le moment je ne peux pas dire grand chose à part qu'elle est facile à utiliser et à intégrer, l'interface me semble, pour une débutante comme moi, plutôt très pratique et vraiment pas compliquée à comprendre.... Je teste encore l'application, donc il se pourrait que je rajoute des commentaires plus tard. Une chose que j'aimerais également rajouter est l'efficacité et la rapidité en terme de réponse et d'action de l'équipe technique et plus particulièrement ABBY qui m'a personnellement assistée et était de surcroît très aimable et très efficace. Je continuerai donc de tester cette application que j'apprécie déjà beaucoup pour un début et compléterai mon commentaire.
