Super super satisfait d avoir pris l abonnement pro..car le service est top et super.. J ai demandé de l aide à 3 reprises et des modifications à 5 reprises, via le service tchat, et Lydia et Gideon ont été des amours...Le travail à été fait de suite suivant mon message, en moins de 30 min tout ma configuration à été faite, comme je le voulais.. Lydia est Gideon sont toujours disponibles pour toutes questions, ou modification de code ..Ancien client de Smile, j ai bien fait d avoir quitter pour Joy...Joy vous le rend bien.Merci pour tout..

We decided on Joy Rewards after browsing through hundreds of rewards programs. It's dashboard and analytics are fantastic, and the technical support team will stop at nothing to get you up and running as quickly as possible. What we love most is that there is one tier after free which remains affordable allowing you to scale easily. Really awesome app and a special shoutout to Sunny for your amazing customer service!

The Joy Loyalty app has helped me on give customer rewards and redeem the point, and the Hana's service is pretty good. I was baccriaed by app enableed problem. They have helped me fix the issue and enable the feature on theme.

This is a great app with many features that make operating a rewards program pretty simple. Support is very fast and helpful. The only things I would want to see added are the ability to reward points for customers posting received purchases on their social media with a hashtag, more options for setting the earn period, currently it's life time or 6 months, I'd want more options such as at least 12 months, and more options for referral such as option to award points instead of just store credit or discount coupon and that would make it 5 stars for me. Otherwise, everything works well and seamless, the pricing is right where it should be, the other apps charge way too much, so this app is great.

First time using and installing and Juliana was very very helpful and so friendly. Definitely made the experience very easy and pleasant. We got it all set up for both online and POS and so far it is exactly what we needed. Two thumbs up for customer support right from the start!
