Customer service is great. Liz helped me with some questions and was very helpful. I recommend Avada specifically because the customer service has never failed me

This app is garbage. I'm getting regular complaints from frustrated customers with inaccurate reward balances. Customer balances don't match the activity shown in their account. I'm definitely looking for a replacement at this point.

I've change from another loyalty app and for the time being I'm very satisfied with the change. I've an small issue that it's been quickly analyze by the dev team I'm sure that will be quickly solved. The app work smoothly and don't delay the loading time of my store

Jasmine, from their support team is really helpful. She responds and solves the problems quickly. The app itself is really easy to use. You can customize your own style. There're much fewer limitations compared with other similar applications. Totally recommend this app!

Amazing, fast support from Esther and Tony - they answered my questions quickly, and were able to help me with the formatting of the pop up. The app is easy to set up and the free plan has lots of great features - we are hoping it will really engage with our customers and not only grow our store, but also our database and social following too. Very simple to use and looks great on my site. I had a little trouble getting the app enabled and all parts embedded but I was able to open a chat and Tony helped me fix the issues and got it resolved and working for me quickly.
