A great app with really friendly, helpful customer service who get back to you straight away. We just moved over from Smile after 4 years as the value for money is way better. Transitioning over 11,000 customers was easy enough and so far we're really happy with it! The only downside is not being able to search for customers by name, as we do a lot of manual alterations so this slows us down a lot, but hopefully this will be implemented in the future. Support is generally pretty immediate as well, Hana has been very helpful :)

Avada was incredibly helpful with her swift and friendly responses, I had a few queries right from the onset but she was on hand to help with it all. I'm yet to see the app in full swing as my store launches next week, but the fantastic customer service has already placed my mind at ease and I'm pretty confident I'll be more than happy sticking with these guys.

This truly is a fantastic program, and I need every feature it offers. The most important thing is, the customer service is really amazing, especially Kevin, who patiently solved my problems and helped me greatly. Even the most complex issues were addressed. I highly recommend this program!

Sunny and Hana were super helpful with setting up the app. The app has its limitations but it works well. :)

Prakash was quick to answer my questions and help. Like you can change the branding and are able to do back dated loyalty points.

I installed the app about 20 minutes ago and have been chatting with the lovely Hana since then. Hana has been helping me set up the app, get the Klavio integration sorted and answer my 1,000,000 questions. Hana is a great support. Love that I have had support from the minute i installed the app. so far its smooth sailing.

App looks great and the functionality is awesome. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a loyalty plugin! Prakash was also very quick in helping me to remove the branding.

I just went through so many of the Loyalty apps. Some I could not figure out and others wanted to over charge for integrations. You would get one per tier. This app integrates perfectly with judge.me and klayvio which is perfect for us. It was easy to figure out the adding options for earning and spending. Wow. I am so happy I found this! I am been like wasting so much time on others who made me email back and forth.. with no help. And the customer chat service app is amazing. There is a chat right in the app and the response was quick. Hana helped me and she provided fantastic support. So excited and relieved I can stop wasting time.

This app is garbage. I'm getting regular complaints from frustrated customers with inaccurate reward balances. Customer balances don't match the activity shown in their account. I'm definitely looking for a replacement at this point.

I've change from another loyalty app and for the time being I'm very satisfied with the change. I've an small issue that it's been quickly analyze by the dev team I'm sure that will be quickly solved. The app work smoothly and don't delay the loading time of my store
