I downloaded this app and it was super easy to use. There were a few things I wanted to change (eg remove brand logo + add follow instagram for extra points) and Liz was so lovely and helped me with this straight away. Great customer service and can't wait to finish setting it up.

Just added this app to store. Jasmine was extremely helpful to me as I navigated this new terrain for my business. She was very patient and helped me writing out my reward rates so I can see it - making sure I am not giving to whole a store away. Thanks again for your help.

We love Joy Rewards. Their customer service is amazing. Someone is available to answer all your questions. It allows us to provide our loyal customers with reward points and store credit.
