Hana did a great job assisting me with questions I had and fixed the issues I needed fixed :) Super great way to reward your frequent customers.

Jasmine, from their support team is really helpful. She responds and solves the problems quickly. The app itself is really easy to use. You can customize your own style. There're much fewer limitations compared with other similar applications. Totally recommend this app!

The app is really great and i will sure say a BIG THANK U to LIZ & HANA and WILLIAM, ABBY, JADE for helping me out here, really seeing forward to make this work now. They have stunning support, love it. :) Youre the best. :)

Amazing, fast support from Esther and Tony - they answered my questions quickly, and were able to help me with the formatting of the pop up. The app is easy to set up and the free plan has lots of great features - we are hoping it will really engage with our customers and not only grow our store, but also our database and social following too. Thank you.

Great App and excellent customer service! I needed help with my pop ups and I got my issue promptly solved. I am also collecting lots of clients on the rewards program.

Very simple to use and looks great on my site. I had a little trouble getting the app enabled and all parts embedded but I was able to open a chat and Tony helped me fix the issues and got it resolved and working for me quickly.

I enjoy the simplicity of the app and I can reward my customers for being loyal. I recently had a small issue with the app and how it was displaying on my website and Prakash helped get it fixed right away. He made sure he understood what I needed help with, was patient and super fast yo resolve the issue
