Excellent service. I spoke to Jasmine with a quick question and guidance on a customisation I wanted to do. She liaised with the development team and resolved it over chat very quickly. (The whole chat took 5 minutes!!) Fully recommend this app and the service. Thanks Jasmine

Avada's Joy App is great, it has a beautiful, fluid design, great price, and the support is top, not to mention Prakash who was super attentive and quickly resolved my requests. I tried others without success, this one is really the best for me. Thank you Avada!

Very easy to set up and integrate a rewards program into your store. Jasmine assisted me to install all the features correctly, which was helpful.

This app has been extremely helpful in building my rewards program. I wish I was able to sort my customers by their first or last names though instead of by email or activity date.

I just installed this app for my store and received excellent customer service support from Liz who helped me with an issue I was having. She also upgraded me to unlimited transactions for free as a welcome gesture to the app. Wonderful experience.

SCAM, THEY MAKE YOU RATE THEM 5 STARS TO UNLOCK THINGS IN APP. PLUS THE APP IS BASICALLY USELESS UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING THE PREMIUM. MAJOR SCAM ALERT
