The application seems perfect to me, I installed it, I saw it and I loved it. It's all I need for my website, I've definitely struck gold. While setting up the app Jasmine helped me set up a few things that I didn't know how to do, they have very good customer support.

App is fantastic for what I need it to do. It's a little annoying that you have to chat with support in order to unlock some of the features but at least I know it's getting done correctly and I don't have to mess with it at all. Prakash did an excellent job helping me out!

I used this app for a rewards system for my store, liked it better than previous app I was using. Would recommend. Chat is 24/7 and Jasmine was a great help removing and adding extra features for free! Would recommend for creating good rewards system where you can make certain deals or adjust amount of points shopper get per dollar spend or transaction.

I'd suggest to introduce a separate page feature to show the rewards. Emily has been very helpful throughout. She helped in setting up the features! She was very responsive. The app is working good so far.

I tried several Loyalty apps but it seems like Joy is the app which fits my store theme best. Highly recommend it. Emily from Joy Loyalty helps me a lot through the whole progress, which is amazing. 5-star rating.

Was looking for a new loyalty app and i chanced upon this. it is user friendly and support folks Candace and Liz were quick to help with my issues. mainly downloaded cause it was free but it seems to work really well. they allow us to make suggestions for improvement or new features and it seems like they do work on those

Solo por el gran soporte que me ha dado Hana, esto merece un 10. La app es fácil pero al ser nueva en esto se me complicaba. Ella me lo ha solucionado todo en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y con una gran amabilidad.
