Prakash was very helpful with my issue with Joy not showing up on my new Shopify Theme. The matter was resolved in minutes (less time than it's taking me to type this review!) Thank you very much for you quick service and speedy response time!

The customer service is amazing. I always get a speedy response and they make everything so easy and fast when finding a solution! Jasmine and Prakash were extremely helpful

What a great team, this has been on my sites for a few months under free plan which Im going to upgrade to the paid, had a small issue and Prakash was quick to repsond and fixed in no time at all! all working as it should 5*****

Great app I am giving a generous 5*'s when they implement a bit more indepth rewarding and integrate some more features that will be a very solid 5. Its a good app with all the makings to be a great app with a bit more time invested into it. Im looking forward to the coming features. I believe those features will be a great addition. As for customer service and help with everything under the sun you can think of. ***Its a 10 Star App!*** Best customer support and help that I have encountered on Shopify yet to date!
