I just started using the app, and the customer service is top-notch from the get-go. Immediate response and help from their representative Hana. Very friendly and here to help with anything you need! 10/10 experience!

searched for a user friendly app and found Joy. Hana was a godsend! Customer service is fast and accurate. I love the features and how I was able to personalize my rewards to match my store. Highly recommend.

We have just installed it and everything seems to be flowing pretty easily. Seems easy to use and the features are super easy to unlock. Representative called Hana was really good support, quick to reply and very kind too. Thank you

I love how user friendly the apps are. I also LOVE how fast and reliable the support team is. Today, Esther helped me out with a few questions that I had and even went directly to my website to screenshot and show me what to do. Being that I am a visual learner, I appreciated it so much. I've already downloaded all of the apps I can with Joy, run by Avada.

Excelente programa! muy facil en usar, y la chica "Hana" muy amable, y divina, me resolvio todos los puntos rapidisimamente. Aparte paso del Ingles al Español sin ningun problema.
