Prakash was very helpful with my issue with Joy not showing up on my new Shopify Theme. The matter was resolved in minutes (less time than it's taking me to type this review!) Thank you very much for you quick service and speedy response time!

ich habe es bis jetzt noch nicht aktiviert aber bis jetzt ist es sehr benutzerfreundlich und die Dame vom Support "Liz" hat mir bei Fragen schnell und gut weiter geholfen :)

The app has all what it has to cover all basic feature, best part of it is, it is FREE! The customer service team is also very helpful. Kudos to Jasmine who has kindly helped me solved my issue within an hour. Impressive ❤ The developer team too. Putting in extra effort to make sure they meet my needs.

J'ai utilisé cette application pour fidéliser mes clients. Tres facile à prendre en main, et le chat est très rapide à repondre lors d'un soucis, je suis tombé sur Emily, trés rapide, sérieuse et sympathique.
