OK, let me cut right to the chase, ... "too good to be true" apps exist! This is one of them. Amazing UI, sales boosting features, blazing fast and friendly support (looking at you Liz ;) ), and it's all free!!!

It's meant to give the user 100 points on sign up and it doesn't do this. Chatted with helpful customer service and apparently the visitor can redeem the points on checkout...but on their account it shows 0 points, so they don't know they have to check out! It just looks like it doesn't work. Have had to uninstall on this basis, but otherwise was quite pleased, good opportunity to rebrand and online chat function was good too.

This rewards app was simple to set up. It's pretty basic. but will get the job done. Chat support from Hana was very helpful and timely.

i've been installing and removing few loyalty apps but this one is easier to manage. Liz from support is so helpful and gave prompt reply to all of my questions.
