The reviews are true. Very easy to use. Customer Support assists you in less than 2 minutes. Hana was quick to answer my questions. They are always quick to help me recover my plug in every time I update my shopify theme.

I'm just starting my Rewards program for my soaps and scrubs. I installed Joy, which was very easy to do. The setup process is simple and clean, and took me less than 20 minutes to get my brand colors set and my rewards all set up. Esther was very helpful in unlocking the pre-made rewards levels and in removing the Avada branding. This is great for someone who is just starting a rewards program for the website.

I just installed this app, and it was easy to set up, and Liz helped me out with a lot of questions I had her customer service was top notch. It might be a little new, but I have a feeling it is going places, and most of all it's free! I highly recommend it to anyone who is just starting out with a rewards program.
