This shopify app is simple to install and has a clean interface. Marcus was quick to respond and a great help. Still no issues after a few months. Prakash quickly made some interface modifications to enhance our customers experience.

So far so good, simple to use and the support/service from 'Drake' has been great 5* he really helped with the set up and other avada apps i have. I would like to see more customization options with the company logos and layout etc but avada said this is new so i hope in time they will add more features. :)

I had an issue with the pop up referral reward on mobile devices and Prakash worked with me until I was satisfied with the appearance of my store. The issue was quickly resolved!

Great app. Marcus was incredibly helpful and fast to respond when I had a question. Synchs very well into store and is easy to use. I've tried previous programs but this one was the easiest to set up.

The app is great to start a loyalty program. A great thing is that it can be added to the Account Page to work as a self-service for clients. Support team is great too!

Would have been great but all text was not translatable. Couldn't translate even in code. That's a shame since most of it could be translated. Edit: customer support helped to translate all.

Has a considerable number of features that are perfectly suited to the applications I had in mind. Customer support have been helpful so far and Avada as a whole seem to genuinely want the best experience to be had.
