I have been using the free version for a couple years, it's perfect for my needs and the best thing is that support are super helpful. I set it up a while back and it just runs without me needing to do anything, however i recently upgrade my theme and lost the reward widget on my store. I logged into chat and between Pamela, Esther and Gideon we had everything sorted ASAP. Highly recommend!

Nice interface and easy to use. One great point for you. Their program is really make sense in redeem part becos they are gen a coupon code for use, it will not affect your main system actually. Really appreciate that fast response and great support compare with some loyalty app even I paid. A little bit crazy and surprise that is FREE here.
