First of all, it's very easy to use. As a graphic designer, I love how they designed the UI and UX part of their page, plus the customer service is also very efficient and helpful! He helped me very quickly to solve my problems, I highly recommend this app!

I use the chat and spoke with Jasmin . She was extremely helpful and attentive. I cant say enough good things about her. She helped me answer a few issues I was having and was very proffesional throughout. I wish all company advisors were like this

So far so good, simple to use and the support/service from 'Drake' has been great 5* he really helped with the set up and other avada apps i have. I would like to see more customization options with the company logos and layout etc but avada said this is new so i hope in time they will add more features. :)

I had an issue with the pop up referral reward on mobile devices and Prakash worked with me until I was satisfied with the appearance of my store. The issue was quickly resolved!
