I signed up for this app, because is totally free, I needed a little support and a very nice girl, Jasmine has done a great job, she enabled new earning points program for me, also activated unlimited transactions, point expiration and removed AVADA branding from the Reward Widgetsfor me! Totally recommend to install this app!!

Im still trying the app, but so far looks like a very nice free alternative for low budget stores. The support from Jasmine was super quick and effective.

I use this app to help me in my expanding small business. It has all the basic feature of a reward program. Esther reply very promptly on my queries. I hope they can open up more feature like Birthday rewards and also a more complex reward program like member tier reward system. It is very easy to use. Keep up the good work team.

This app is much needed for your business and it is for free. I hope this app continues to be free because everything is getting expensive. but overall it has great features and I will recommend this app.

Helpful and easy to use! Every other app is overpriced! They were very helpful and responsive. Thank you Jasmine! Edit: Unfortunately, they no longer have a good free version of this app and are similar or more expensive than the other apps available.

Amazing app and does exactly what it says! Removing branding is almost instant with responsive live chat agents. My favorite thing is that during my chat with Liz she helped remove their branding from my website. She did so while having a normal and civil conversation with me. Afterwards she noticed while doing one last review of my website that my reward pop up and live chat pop up over lapped and just offered to move it to the left. She then just did it for me. Unlike other companies that tell you how to do something or send an FAQ link she actually took the initiative and effort to handle it for me. This is something I will always support 100%. A Month or Two later I thought of a feature that I would like to have within their platform that they do not offer. Yet again, Liz was there to help me submit a ticket and get my idea down on paper. Only being kind and curious the entire time as we laughed over no one having asked for the feature before. \(0_0)/ Never the less the was attentive to every detail and made sure my needs were met. Could not ask for a better app with better staff.

So far I've had a good experience. Esther was a great help with getting things set up. The app seems pretty easy to use and to set up. Recently worked with Hanna and see was able to help get several features sync to my website. I will say getting the Klaviyo integration to work was a bit of a headache but we managed to get everything taken care of.

This is a great app for Loyalty Points programs. We have experienced nothing but exceptional service from the staff and from Marcus and Prakash specifically. He fixed our request right from the Support Chat Window.. AWESOME Service!!
