I ended up deleting this app because after leaving a 4-star review of my overall positive experience, I was pestered by their online chat person to change it to 5 stars. I'm now using smile which has great support to install and also has a free version. Here's my original review: Marcus has really helped getting everything set up on my end. I just wish all of the features were available without having to reach out to them to do it. I'm hoping they have more features in the future!

Amazing app! It was very easy to install and configure. We had it up and running in minutes. Matches our theme perfectly! The customer service is great, we had a small issue and Tony fixed in minutes.

This app is great! It is steadily developing and adding in features the userbase suggests. Very easy to use. Also had great customer service each time I've needed it. Today I was helped by Jasmine who was very quick, kind, and informative!

I wanted an app which helped with customer retention. I already have a way to drive business from my marketplace sales channel to my website, but am looking for a simple way to reward and encourage the repeat customers I have. I clicked the chat icon to set up all features and remove branding and Marcus was very quick to respond and help with that. A very smooth and easy transaction.

I needed a lot of help with some of the coding for my theme, the process was really smooth and the integration is great too. Drake was really helpful and so was Esther. I was really happy with how easy everything was to set up and customise. Would really recommend it to anyone who needs to add a loyalty programme for their website!

I have been using this app for a long time now. My customers love the program and most of them are frequent users.
