I had an issue with the pop up referral reward on mobile devices and Prakash worked with me until I was satisfied with the appearance of my store. The issue was quickly resolved!

Great app. Marcus was incredibly helpful and fast to respond when I had a question. Synchs very well into store and is easy to use. I've tried previous programs but this one was the easiest to set up.

La aplicación es genial, tiene las funcionalidades básicas para arrancar con un programa de lealtad y se puede integrar a tu página de cuenta. ¡El equipo de soporte técnico es una maravilla! The app is great to start a loyalty program. A great thing is that it can be added to the Account Page to work as a self-service for clients. Support team is great too!

Would have been great but all text was not translatable. Couldn't translate even in code. That's a shame since most of it could be translated. Edit: customer support helped to translate all.

Has a considerable number of features that are perfectly suited to the applications I had in mind. Customer support have been helpful so far and Avada as a whole seem to genuinely want the best experience to be had.

Great app! Easy to install. This was the second site I installed it on and Candace was very helpful and got the staff to install the feature on every page when i couldn't do it myself. I love that you can customize the colors, so it matches the site them and fits in seamlessly. Another great app by Avada to help us obtain and retain customers! I look forward to more apps that your company releases

This app comes with basic set-ups. Customer support - Daisy is excellent, got our store set up and fixed the issues we faced. More update like referral will come soon. Please keep this app free! Can't wait for new updates. Thank you!
