Talked with Jess for a few questions. Great support. Pretty much all of the features you could ask for are there.

We are a new business and love the app so far. I had a question about authentication and a score we received. I contacted Judge.me through the chat and Jess was able to assist. She explained how the customer reviewer was verified. I was able to send her screen shots of the customers who had not been verified (showing orders and the great reviews). Jess was able to confirm and updated our site!

I am realizing I may need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to get the most out of this app, but the free plan will do until I grow my store. Great customer service, Igor was super helpful and quick to answer my questions.

Works very well and very intuitive to set up. The free version give you quite a bit, the upgrade to paid version is worth it for the ability to send review requests.

The process of importing Etsy reviews using their JSON file was quite time-consuming, as each file contained 2,000 reviews with no option to reduce the number of reviews per file. We also encountered difficulties in efficiently importing the reviews and assigning them to the corresponding products. The process required me to keep the page open throughout the import and assignment steps. If the page was accidentally closed or refreshed, I had to restart the entire process from the beginning which was quite frustrating.
