Had such a great experience receiving help from Kima. She was very patient with me and took the time to fix any errors on my spreadsheet. Not only did she help import my reviews but also taught me new ways to use the app :) Highly recommend the customer service!

Honestly, you're wasting your time if you use any other review app. Judge.me is hands down the best review app out there. Price, functionality, features and support blow the competition away. I've used the other big players and they aren't even close at 6x the price. Do yourself a favour and download it today. You won't regret it!

Great review app with excellent customer service. The app has plenty of options and an easy interface. I reached out to customer service to have them help me change the background color of the review widget. Soulaimane fixed it in a jiffy and gave me details on how to fix it myself next time when I asked.

Jess is truly a professional and highly responsible support agent, and this experience left a very strong impression on me. At the beginning, I was facing an issue where my review section would not display at all on the frontend, and even some built-in blocks in my theme were not showing properly. This made me quite confused and even led me to question the compatibility of the theme itself. In this situation, Jess patiently guided me through the troubleshooting process step by step. He quickly understood my issue, accurately identified the possible causes, and provided clear and actionable solutions. Throughout the entire process, his response time was excellent, and he explained every technical detail in a way that was easy to follow—even for someone without a technical background like me. What impressed me the most was that Jess didn’t just give suggestions and leave. He continuously followed up and made sure every step was properly implemented until the issue was fully resolved.
