Your human support was good. Your AI support couldn't fix it. This was a complex issue apparently, but I should be able to more easily delete old fake reviews from the Shop App that appear inside Judge.me.

Seit längerer zeit kann ich alle Einstellungen und Inhalte, Bewertungen nicht mehr sehen, der Bildschirm ist leer. leider konnte mir der support auch nicht weiterhelfen. Die App funktionierte einmal, jetzt aber nicht mehr.

感谢您的反馈,也非常感谢您对中文版的关注。目前我们的 店铺前端小工具(Widgets)已经支持中文,所以您的客户可以在网站上用中文查看和提交评价。 不过,目前我们的 应用后台(设置面板)尚不支持中文。多语言本地化已经在我们的开发计划中,但不仅仅是翻译,我们还希望确保界面和功能在不同语言环境下都能顺畅使用。 在此期间: 您可以通过浏览器扩展(如 Chrome 的 Google Translate)将后台界面自动翻译为中文; 我们的支持团队也可以随时用中文为您提供 24/7 实时帮助。 您的建议对我们非常重要,它帮助我们不断改进。谢谢您抽出时间告诉我们,我们也期待未来能为您带来更完整的中文体验。

I just installed it, and i tried to pin it and NOW THE SETTINGS ARE GONE :( Edit now it works. But the initial exp was frustrating. Will update as I go

the ai assistant was terrible and didn't resolve my issue at all, making me go in circles for 20 minutes before i got fed up and asked to talk to a human. they were very helpful and fixed my issue quickly, so I do appreciate the help, but not from the ai assistant
