Just finished installing the app and everything looked great. Had to upgrade from the Free to the Awesome plan ($15 USD pm) as we need to do additional editing on the email templates only to find out after upgrading that you cannot edit the font size. Seems like a very basic capability has been overlooked. Disappointed as it really did look like it had everything else we needed.
Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion during your initial setup. We completely understand how disappointing it is to upgrade expecting full control, only to run into limitations like font-size adjustments. To clarify: while the Smart template has more limited styling controls, our Custom email templates (available on the Awesome plan) do allow font-size and styling adjustments via the HTML/CSS editor for more granular control. We’ve followed up with you privately to walk through the available options and ensure your disclaimer text can be formatted exactly as you need. Thanks again for flagging this, feedback like yours helps us improve both the product and how we communicate capabilities during setup.

Your human support was good. Your AI support couldn't fix it. This was a complex issue apparently, but I should be able to more easily delete old fake reviews from the Shop App that appear inside Judge.me.

Seit längerer zeit kann ich alle Einstellungen und Inhalte, Bewertungen nicht mehr sehen, der Bildschirm ist leer. leider konnte mir der support auch nicht weiterhelfen. Die App funktionierte einmal, jetzt aber nicht mehr.
