The system itself is excellent—very easy to navigate and manage reviews. However, I found the AI support bot to be quite frustrating; it gave me circular instructions when I was trying to request a feature. My advice? Save yourself the headache and ask for a human representative right away. Once you get a real person, the experience is much better. Thanks Tasnim For the Help tho <3

Some aspects of installing and getting this app to work have been a little frustrating but the in-app help was quick and supportive.

Pretty convenient to import reviews from etsy to shopify. The support team also takes a lot of time to help you if there's any issues.

pretty solid straight out the box. Some core features would be nice to not be locked behind the premium version but no big deal. Support is on point too!

I found this app's setup to be really complicated and difficult, but the customer support was very good at walking me through the setup process. Hopefully they will continue to improve their setup process, and the app itself seems to be performing as advertised.

Superb support from Brian! Thank you! Sorry, have to change my review because of Faissal. He seems does want to provide assistance while another support, Kima, could actually handle it easily. Too bad Kima had to take a break and Faissal jumped in and I am in the middle of waiting forever. Edit: They fixed it finally. I think I have to keep this review as authentic as it was not the best experience I could have.

5 étoiles pour l'assistance humaine en ligne. Passé le 1er barrage de l'assistance IA (fort dommage) qui n'a été d'aucune utilité et m'a fait perdre du temps, la personne avec laquelle j'ai échangé a été rapide et très efficace.
