Judge.me bietet viele hilfreiche Möglichkeiten, Bewertungen professionell in den eigenen Shop zu integrieren. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns jedoch der außergewöhnliche Support. Als bei uns der Editor einer E-Mail-Vorlage aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers nicht richtig funktionierte, hat Martin unser Anliegen sofort ernst genommen, den Fehler gründlich untersucht und als Problem aufseiten von Judge.me identifiziert. Er hat den Fall direkt an das technische Team weitergeleitet und unsere gewünschte deutsche E-Mail-Vorlage sogar persönlich für uns eingerichtet, damit wir ohne weitere Verzögerung weiterarbeiten konnten. So einen schnellen, geduldigen, freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Support erlebt man wirklich selten. Vielen Dank an Martin und das gesamte Judge.me-Team – absolut empfehlenswert!

What stood out the most was how easy it was to import reviews from our existing Amazon listings when we launched new products on Shopify — saved us from starting from zero on social proof for items that already had solid reviews elsewhere. The import process was straightforward and the widget looks clean on our product pages without slowing anything down. Support has also been responsive whenever we had questions.
