I just started using this app for my own website, and had some difficulty with placing a review on one of my product pages. The support team was incredibly quick to answer my questions and get to the bottom of it and helped me through getting the review on my site. I highly recommend them.

We just switched to Judge.me from another, more expensive review app. The Judge.me staff were so helpful during this transfer: solving and answering any questions and fixing things in minutes that I thought would take hours. Thanks so much!

Had some issues setting up, couldn't work it out with the AI in the chat but then an actual human stepped in and resolved it quickly!

We are really satisfied with the app, and the support team is also incredible they instantly resolved the issue we were facing with the styling of the widget. Marina was the one who helped us with the issue.
