Customer service was very helpful

Support is GREAT! You know when you chat with support at other places they will close the chat if you don't respond for a minute or two. Not here. They keep the chat open and if you need to step away you can come back and continue the chat right where you left off.

Felix was fantastic, was able to resolve all my queries fairly quickly
