Excellent app and superior customer service - highly recommend!

The best app I've found for reviews. I've went through a few. I like how easy everything is, and their customer service. Each time I have a question, the AI is VERY capable of answering anything and everything in great detail, and if I want to talk to a human, it usually takes less then 4 mins. Customer service is important to us with these apps :)

Received exceptional service from the team. Had an issue yesterday that was resolved through the automated system. Today I found a slight issue due to something I did and the automated system unfortunately could not assist. CS Rep Nouhalia jumped right in the chat and walked me through the process of what I did (yes I know I did it, but couldn't figure out how to undo it). Nouhalia corrected the issues and I was provided with a screen recording to assist in the future. Nouhalia noticed some back end work may have needed tweeking and fixed with no problem. All of this took less than 8 mins. Client service was exceptional and personable. Made my morning :)

Judge.me is super easy to use! The interface is clean and easy to understand, making it simple to manage everything on my Shopify store. Even the free version comes with great features. Plus, their support team is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Simply the best review app out there! I was hesitating at the beginning because of the UI. After trying it, I'm fully convinced. With a bit of customization, it can look just as beautiful as other visually appealing review apps. It's not the easiest to configure, for sure! There are so many powerful options. And the price is so small-business-friendly! The support is great as well. I had issues with the widget getting blocked by AdBlock on Chrome and the review image lightbox closing causing a scroll-to-top effect. I’d been trying to figure out solutions with AI all day but failed. Then I reached out to support and Lorenzo connected instantly and solved my problems in 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

New user and just trying to get it all set up. It's pretty easy to navigate. Has a lot of potential to look pretty cool on your website. Would recommend. Oh. And support is very helpful too :-)
