Ron found the real problem in half an hour after two weeks of waiting — none of our reviews were mapping to Google because MPN wasn't enabled. He explained it clearly and fixed it. Excellent support.

I had 3 customer reviews appear on my website without the Verified Buyer badge. I reached out to Judge.me support and was connected with Marina, who was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve this issue. Marina advised that my website had not been set up to verify web-based reviews and was able to manually verify these orders for me and updated them with the Verified Buyer badge. Overall, Marina was super friendly, provided amazing help and was a pleasure to speak to :)
