So far so good on this reviews app. I am using the free version as well, which doesn't allow for customer imported photos or videos and that is one thing I am considering upgrading the plan for. It seems to be a quick and easy process for my customers to leave reviews, because I am getting them frequently in comparison to another app I used prior.
