Judge.me Product Reviews App

I've been really pleased with Judge.me—it's been a valuable addition to my Shopify store. The free version offers a solid starting point, which is what I currently have but I will definitely upgrade to the paid version soon. Once I get familiar with everything, it becomes a powerful tool for enhancing your store’s credibility and boosting conversions. What truly sets Judge.me apart is its outstanding customer support. The team is incredibly responsive and helpful, making the setup and ongoing use much easier. Judge.me is a reliable, well-rounded review app with excellent customer support. Top Notch software and Top Notch support. It is amazing that they're able to tell when there is something wrong with the settings on my website in relation to their app. When they detect these issues they contact you with the solution to fix it.

So far, this app has been great at getting customer engagement. I ran into an issue with color change on a button and the chat bot was really good although could not quite get me fixed. transferred me to a live agent and 5min later issue was fixed. You get a lot of options with this app so be ready to spend some time learning what features will best fit your store. And know you get stuck support has been great.
