Franchement, Judge.me est la meilleure appli de commentaires que j’ai pu tester jusqu’ici ! Elle fait tout ce qu’on attend (et même plus), et l’intégration avec d’autres applis fonctionne vraiment super bien. Mais ce qui m’a bluffé, c’est le service client. J’ai eu un souci à cause de mon thème : le design des avis était complètement déformé, les éléments n’étaient plus du tout alignés… J’ai contacté le support, et là, surprise : une personne a pris la main sur mon shop en direct et a passé plus d’une heure à tout remettre parfaitement en ordre, rien que pour moi. Je n’ai jamais vu ça ailleurs ! Vraiment merci à toute l’équipe Judge.me, pour moi c’est un vrai service 5 étoiles ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Easy setup, have just changed from another platform, i love how you can really customise the app and how well it displays on our store. They were really helpful in getting setup and importing my reviews from our other platform.

The best review app on the market. The team is very helpful and always available whenever I needed them and fixed any kind of problem immediately. For reviews collection, this app offer multiple options for that. Easy to navigate through customers rarely have any problem using it. Also offers integrations with most apps. Highly recommend.

The team at Judge.me are SO helpful! Everytime I have a question I jump on the chat box and ask and they respond nearly instantly, making my life so much easier. Sometimes tech overwhelms me so I am very grateful for the great support.

Import was pretty straight forward. Set up was really frustrating because our theme has a weird set up of code. Spent hours trying to find sections. So, i reached out for support. Within an hour, the team had everything set up perfectly. A little back and forth as I was fussy where I wanted the widgets to display. BUT, it looks great and they stuck with me until I was happy with everything. Fantastic support. Works well.
