Super customisable across your desired user experience; I have been pleasantly surprised. Tech support are fantastic and so responsive. It's like having your own developer at your fingertips. I rely on them, as I get so stuck with Shopify apps. The app needs more fool proofing though— alerts / warnings—to avoid unconscious "errors" i.e. removing review collection widgets.

The app is outstanding for reviews, and their customer service is exceptional—friendly, efficient, and incredibly fast!

Customer service is so quick and efficient. I asked them about something and then they took the initiative to not only point me in the right direction but also tidy up some other settings. This app is seamless and it's been amazing getting product reviews up and visible on our website!
