The support is really helpful. The team is very well trained in the workings of their app, they are very friendly and the app is great

I had a few issues when setting up the app, so I reached out to support. I had a guy named Soufiane. It took a little while for him to respond back to me on the chat each time, but after a while he had fixed my problem and added the star rating and review widget on all my product pages. Once he had access to my store, it was all sorted out quite quickly. So I really can't complain. Thanks again Soufiane.

I've just installed this app and had my loyal customers write reviews - customers who always order personally, at markets or other offline ways. The team was very helpful to verify all of those reviews for me with proof of purchase I provided them. And I haven't even paid for this app, so their support team really does support every small business owner.
