very helpful support and easy to use shopify experience

Just reactivated the app now that I started to ramp up my shop again. Excellent service as always! Love that I had all the old reviews and I can continue where I stopped last year.

Very good and practical

I came to the CS team with a fairly tricky challenge around migrating some reviews. I started out talking to a few agents, and honestly it was a bit frustrating at first since I wasn't getting very far. But once I got through to Oualid and Kima, everything became super smooth. They understood the issue quickly, walked me through it, and got it sorted without any fuss. Big thanks to both of them. That kind of support makes all the difference.

Great review platform with strong integration options, plenty of widgets and customisation options, and the ability to consolidate reviews from multiple sources. The support team is responsive and helpful too.
