I’ve been using this app for a year, but I can no longer recommend it. I’ll be looking for an alternative. They’ve started changing policies without notifying users. For example, they now allow customers to leave low ratings and still receive coupons and awards. There should be a way to prevent rewards from going to negative or unfair reviews. At first, they acted like this feature had never changed, but later admitted it had. I’m done dealing with this kind of inconsistency.

To clarify, this adjustment was made to stay compliant with Shopify’s Product Review Policy, which prohibits offering rewards only for positive or high-star reviews. Support ist schnell und hilfreich. Generell finde ich den Service langfristig etwas zu teuer. Funktioniert aber einwandfrei.

The app does exactly what you expect and does it well. What sets Judge.me apart is the support. When was the last time you fired off an email in a moment of frustration expecting the answer to come back a day later with a misconception of the issue? NOT with Judge.me. I sent a question and got a concise answer that solved the issue (browser problem, not an app problem) FOUR MINUTES LATER. That how companies make super fans!
