I had spent the day working on my website to incorporate different apps and grew frustrated with the process. Mostly because I am an amateur trying to add in the very least, the basics. I tried to install judge.me and ran into an issue w/ the widgets not loading, and decided I had enough. I walked away from my computer, got some fresh air, and came back only to see Jess messaged me to assist me with installing. Jess took 3 minutes and everything was complete. Jess, you made my entire DAY! Your timing was impeccable, I cannot wait to see reviews of my best sellers get added, and I cannot thank you enough for saving my day (and patience) and finishing the process. This service is the best one I have ever encountered. Jess was so personable in her intro, I knew she was going to be amazing!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Easy to setup and integrate into our system! When we did need help, Hakima was very quick to respond to our needs and resolve our issues. Everyone we have interacted with at Judge.me is fantastic!

The support from Judge.me is simply amazing. I have two shops with different requirements for reviews. The support team worked over several days, continuously adjusting the code for me until everything looked exactly the way I wanted it in the end. I am truly more than impressed with the support – it doesn’t get any better than this!

I was having issues uploading the review app because I'm technically challenged and then out of the blue judge.me tech help popped up and performed a miracle. Jess had the review app up and running quicker than lightning. She was like a Genie in a bottle, bless her. I could talk about her all day but I better leave some room for the app. Thanks Jess The review app looks wonderful on my store and matches the colour theme I have. It is so important to have reviews and I had held off for a year thinking I would be paying big money for the app. Not so with judge.me review app, it was free and that is what small business owners need. It looks amazing and professional and I know it will help with the hesitant shoppers. Win Win
