I had an issue, I was answered within 2minutes on their live support and my issue was fixed within 5minutes of the support team understanding my issue, very, very impressed.

The interface is straightforward so installation was easy and there is an excellent resource database for help. I had one issue with changing the background of my reviews and when I emailed support had an answer within a few hours and a fix in a few more. Thank you, Oualid! 11/9/25 update: after Shopify released a theme update, some of my theme modifications were lost. I had a quick response to my request for help from the Judge.Me support team (thank you, Hakima!) and a seamless update.

Easy to use and compatible with many integrations. The support chat responds very fast, and they have helped me greatly in every interaction so far.
