I reached out to the Judge.me Reviews support center to understand how to dynamically load their widget using custom code. I was honestly surprised by how instantly they responded. Not only did they solve my issue quickly, but they also identified and resolved an additional problem I hadn't noticed. It was a really great experience working with their support team

The perfect review app I've found. Had some difficulties matching the colours to my website and was helped instantly. Website looks so much more professional now.
Great app overall! It would be even better if users could leave a quick 5-star rating without having to write anything — that would make it much easier to collect reviews. Customer service is great, and the app itself is solid.

Smooth Setup, Great Value – Perfect for New Shops Transferring my reviews from Etsy to Shopify using Judge.me was quick, simple, and hassle-free. The display looks great on my site, and I love that there’s a generous free plan with the option to upgrade later. When starting a Shopify store, there are already so many costs and tools needed—it was a huge relief not to be forced into a paid plan or a limited-time free trial. That’s actually why I chose Judge.me over other apps—it felt like less pressure and more flexibility. Because of that experience, I’d be happy to upgrade to the paid version once my shop is fully up and running!
I'm just on the free version because I'm just starting out. It's very user friendly and is great for someone just starting out. Their customer service is fantastic. I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon...and actually talked with someone who helped me! That's amazing customer service!
