Customer service is great. The app is a little cumbersome for myself and our website theme is "vintage". The representative walked me through fixing the issues I had very well.

Its really good, lets the customers add reviews. It sends out an email to all the customers who want to add reviews on the website, hence you know that its a genuine customer. it also gives you the option to review the comment6s before publishing , which is fantastic.
