Judge.me Product Reviews App

This has to be one of my favourite shopify apps! It's so user-friendly and I love that you can import reviews from other platforms. I cannot fault the customer service - I always get a speedy reply and issues are resolved quickly. I would definitely reccommend this app to all shopify users.

I recently upgraded my Judge.me plan and began setting up a coupon incentive for customers who leave a review. While configuring a flat‑value credit, the preview kept displaying a percentage instead of the dollar amount. I reached out to support to confirm whether I had set it up correctly, and they responded quickly, clearly, and were extremely helpful. At the time, they explained that the preview display issue was a known bug that didn’t affect the actual coupon behavior. Since then, the Judge.me team has followed up with me twice and their developers have already released a fix — resolving the issue completely. I really appreciate the fast turnaround and the fact that they kept me updated throughout the process. My only suggestion would be to ensure that preview‑related issues like this are addressed sooner or have a temporary workaround, as I spent a considerable amount of time trying to troubleshoot something that wasn’t fixable on my end. Not being able to confirm what customers would see was frustrating. That said, the app continues to work very well for my needs, and the support team remains terrific — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving questions promptly. Their follow‑through and willingness to fix the issue quickly speaks volumes.
