All of my friends are using this software, but I’m a beginner and found it really difficult to set up. I could barely figure it out on my own. I received an e-mail from Judge.me that my new theme didn't have the Judge.me widget installed. I chatted with Marina from support, and she immediately saw that it was in fact installed and noticed we weren't displaying the Review Stars on our product pages. She went ahead and quickly addressed that problem. Plus she answered additional questions I had. Now my reviews are displaying correctly, and I'm very impressed with the level of attention I received.
