Does what it needs to do and support is helpful

We’ve been using Judge.me for years, and it’s been fantastic. Super easy to use, does exactly what we need, and integrates well with our store. The support team is amazing—always quick to help and solve issues fast. One of the best Shopify apps we’ve installed. Highly recommended!

Great alternative too L0*x This app is way more cheaper. However if you have multiple store it will need some patience since there are some issues with the export and import of reviews as it require you to match the order ID and other images doesn't match even if it's correct in the file. But overall, their support team are wonderful and will be there to help you out! Kudos.

Love the app. The only review-capturing app I trust; as a store owner and consumer. I've had the app for a year and have only needed support once. Andrew assisted me today and it was quick. Helped me solve a problem I couldn't figure out on my own, and went above and beyond my original request!
