Not happy with services so far. I had my first review go out to a customer and the product was wrong. This was for a service base review not a product and I spoke with a support Admin prior to the email review going out. I reached out to a live admin from the error they made. I was on hold before about 15min while he looked into this issue then I received this here: (Just a quick heads up, my shift is coming to an end. But no need to worry, one of my colleagues will be taking over your chat and providing you with any assistance you may need. Have a great rest of your day!
We're very sorry for the experience you had, especially as this happened with the very first review request sent to one of your customers. After investigating, we confirmed that your request was correctly configured as a store review, rather than a product review. However, we also identified a bug that caused the email to use the default template instead of the customized subject and content you had prepared. Our development team has since fixed this issue, and we've successfully tested the corrected flow on our side. We also reached out with instructions to help you resend the request using your intended content. We also sincerely apologize for the support experience you described. Having to wait while an issue is investigated and then receiving a shift-handover message before reaching a resolution understandably added to the frustration.
