Once I got connected to a human agent, my questions were answered. I would have given a 5 star review if I didn't have to talk to a bot first. The bot was frustrating.

Been using Judge me for over a year now, and overall it's a good experience with the staff mostly being able to answer most of the questions and resolve most of the issues you have.

Muy buen producto, cumple lo que promete Usé este limpiador en varios pares de tenis y zapatos de cuero, y los resultados fueron bastante buenos. El producto remueve la suciedad con facilidad y deja el calzado con un aspecto renovado. No tuve ninguna mala experiencia: no dañó los materiales ni dejó residuos. La razón por la que no doy 5 estrellas es porque el aplicador podría ser un poco más cómodo, pero en general estoy satisfecho. Lo recomendaría sin problema.
The customer support team is genuinely excellent — responsive, patient, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the app itself doesn’t live up to their standard. It’s filled with unnecessary limitations, slow loading times, and constant performance drops during peak seasons. It’s frustrating when such a helpful team has to defend such an unreliable system.
The AI agent still needs a bit of work but the customer support was fast and precise. I'm happy with the experience

Super helpful App, we love the ease of the integration with our website. Wish it was a Google supported review site, I understand they are working on it!

Very low flexibilty if you need to correct imported reviews from other platforms (ie: you mismatch the skus on an import) On the other hand, not being flexible allows the app to be more trustworthy for the customer.
I've had this for about a month and love it so far! It's helped getting reviews over to my website and sending out emails to encourage people to review! Can't wait to use it longer and figure out what all it can do.
works well with a neat UI for an affective UX but some new tasks can be confusing. The good thing is the customer support is on it. They're quick to help and point out the how and why of things.
