App is well designed for getting customers to leave product reviews. It's fairly user-friendly, both for e-commerce managers and for customers themselves. The app is fairly seamless for reviews coming from your online store, since customer name and email are already collected. It gets more complicated if you do a lot of POS sales, where customer info isn't often collected. Then when customers leave reviews, they need to enter an email address and respond to a verification email which is sent when reviews are coming from a QR code or not linked to an online purchase. We're also satisfied with support, which is both prompt and good at resolving issues.

I've been setting up my Judge.me app on my online shop and i couldn't be happier by the ease of installing each sections. If i have questions, from simple to a much complicated codes needed to set up, the AI Agent and real person agent is quick to respond and assist. So far, im happy with how it works.
