It feels easy and light to use. We used another review program before and I'm happy with the change. There's a lot to do and figure out at the beginning, of course, but the big advantage is that you can do most of the things yourself with a clear app. The app pays close attention to the effectiveness of collecting reviews and how you can get a lot of them if you do things correctly. Always remember who your potential customers are and understand them. Do things the way they would want to, and you will be more attractive to get feedback as well. This is very good app for doing this!
