Felix was very very helpful! He helped me fix a LOOONG standing problem! My customers weren't able to leave reviews for so long because it wasn't connected properly. Felix took time to patiently explain and direct me on how to correct/fix that issue. Finally, I can send the link for review to lots of my past customers who couldn't leave reviews before.
