I am running the free version of this app for 6 months now. The import of my Etsy reviews worked without issues and my customers are able to use the review option within the shop. The free version works very well. I soon will be upgrading to the paid plan to get the additional features. The chat support is very helpful and instant. So far I can highly recommend the app.

It's so nice to know there's a human behind the app! Every issue I've had has been resolved in a very timely manner. They update you and are available on the weekends, when I'm open.
