it is helpful customer support

works great so far

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Felix. He helped me with a connection issue that I did not even know existed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. It’s so nice to have an app that actually has a support team there when you need them. Too often, getting help with an app can mean waiting forever for a response or trying to figure everything out on your own, but that was not my experience with Judge.me. Felix was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. What impressed me most was that he didn’t just answer my question—he identified an issue I wasn’t aware of and helped get it resolved. That kind of proactive customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you’re running an online business and rely on your apps and integrations to work correctly. I’m very happy with Judge.me and even more confident using the app knowing there is a reliable support team behind it when I need assistance. Thank you, Felix, for the excellent customer service!

very easy to work with,

This is the best application I have used, hands down. Not only was I able to figure out how to use it straight away, the free tier is perfect to get me started while I launch my new candle shop! I ran into a small rendering issue and reached out to customer support and it took maybe 10 minutes for Felix to fix the issue and get everything working again. I will be upgrading as soon as I wrap up my soft launch. Thank you again!

Muy amable y resolutiva, Jess me ha ayudado de forma muy rápida y eficaz.

EASY TO INSTALL, EASY TO USE

Thanks Felix for your amazing support!

Es buena aplicación, pero debes aprender a usarla

Pretty good so far

Always a great experience! Martin is awesome, and so is Lorenzo. Whenever I run into something I can’t figure out on my own, I always hope I get connected with one of them. They’re both incredibly helpful and make everything so easy!

Fast and super helpful!
