I just signed up for the Judge.me app for my Shopify store. Very user friendly as I just added to my Review page of my store. Looking forward to start collecting reviews. The support staff is also top notch and quick to respond. I highly recommend this app!

I use many many apps on Shopify and I get some of the best service from judge.me. it is available immediately, with many other apps I have to wait hours for responses because the work hours are maybe US timezone and I am on EU or I can't speak to live support and have to email and it takes days for responses. It is not like this with Judge.me. The team are all great and super helpful. Today I must have asked about 50 questions and they patiently guided me through - super happy with the service.

Very low flexibilty if you need to correct imported reviews from other platforms (ie: you mismatch the skus on an import) On the other hand, not being flexible allows the app to be more trustworthy for the customer.

Perfect app for collecting customer reviews. Everything works as it should, but I have to point out one thing - I had one really minor technical problem. I tried to solve it via chat. It took more time than I expected, but the chat operator tried to help at all costs. I didn't want him to spend a lot of time fixing such a detail, so I asked him not to worry and deal with the problem unnecessarily. Nevertheless, even after the chat ended, he tried to fix it with his team and then sent me an email about it. So, the experience with technical support is TOP for me. Thank you very much and I recommend it :)
