Had an annoying issue where the review stars were showing but the text wasn't. Van joined within minutes and got the situation sorted for me in no time. Saved me so much time which I was very grateful for.

Amazing Amazing Amazing customer service. Van has assisted me twice, and both times she has been nothing but helpful. I ask a qustion, she replies with helpful screenshots, and even shopify flow settings suggestions.

(This bug has been fixed, and I'm still willing to give it a 5-star rating.) If I hadn't chosen Judge.me initially and accumulated over 2,000 reviews with it, I would have uninstalled it without a second thought. The $15/month plan is a complete waste of money. I have products that don't require review requests, but they're not working. I've had this bug for 10 days and they still haven't fixed it. I'm so disappointed in them.

The original bug affecting product exclusions has since been fully resolved, and everything is now functioning properly. During the issue, we suggested a temporary workaround using the “judgeme_excluded” tag to help manage exclusions, and we’re glad that method worked reliably in the meantime. Service client au top, hyper réactif et ils m'ont offert 15 jours de test sur le plan awesome pour tester certaine fonctionnalité. L'envoi automatique des demandes d'avis fonctionne super bien, Je recommande !
