We contacted support with screenshots and more evidence, and what I thought will take weeks to fix, was done literally in 5 minutes! After a year of using judge.me on the free plan we changed to the awesome plan. Thanks to the free version we had a good start and because of shop size we could not really add extra costs at the beginning. but because we grew the last year and also had good feedback through the reviews we got, thanks to judge.me we now go the next step to build out our review system even more.
