Recently switched from another review app to Judge.me and instantly had a better experience. It felt like we were getting hardly any reviews before and now our reviews are feeling more consistent. Support has always been there to help us whenever we needed some custom modifications, big thanks to Thanh for her help as well. Don't get sucked into expensive review apps like we did, Judge.me is the best.

I have a new start up business and doing most of the leg work myself so I was thrilled when I went to install this app and Judge.me were right there on-line and did the whole thing for me! Amazing service. Best I've had with app installation so far. Thank you.

You can’t go wrong with this app. Top-tier support, solving issues without wasting a second. Incredible value—no one would believe what they offer for the cost. It’s a no-brainer for a review app. They deserve all the business in the world!

I’ve been using Judge.me to collect reviews for my products, and it’s been fantastic. The app has great features, but what truly stands out is the exceptional customer support. I had an issue with the review carousel, and when I reached out to support, they responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. They even went the extra mile by making adjustments that improved the overall look. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to enhance their store’s reviews and presentation!

The app is easy to use and the support is amazing - fast and courteous. We use this app on all 3 of our sites are are really happy with it.

I have tried several review apps and this by far is the best. Lots of great features and ways to customize and automate. And their customer service is amazing. Super responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend!

I have only just installed this app, so I don't have a long-term perspective. What I can say is that the chat support is awesome!
